Regarding cancellations
Cancellation fees will apply to individual and private reservations for the camping area.
Please note that cancellation fees will still apply even in case of rain.
However, this does not apply if it is determined that the service cannot be used safely, such as during a typhoon or when a weather warning is issued.
Camping area usage (overnight camping/day camping)
Cancellation 3 days prior to the service date = 30% of the fee
Cancellation the day before the service date = 50% of the fee
Cancellation on the day of service = 100% of the fee
For private bookings
Up to 14 days before the date of use = 30% of the fee
Up to 6 days before the date of use = 50% of the fee
Cancellation the day before or on the day of service, or no-show: 100% of the fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees apply from the time of booking if the cancellation period falls within the specified number of days. Cancellation fees will also apply if the number of nights or sites is reduced. No cancellation fee will be charged for a reduction in the number of guests. Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations after check-in.
Business operations on days when weather conditions such as typhoons are expected to have an impact.
We will make a decision regarding our operation and cancellation fees for the following day at 3 PM the day before your scheduled use. However, please note that we may still refuse your reservation if we determine that it is unsafe to use our facilities due to changes in forecasts or conditions.
