This space can be used for various purposes such as online meetings, conferences, and seminars. A wired LAN cable is provided.

The desks can be rearranged and used in various ways. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for casual meetings.
Wooden deck
An outdoor terrace with a fantastic view. A pleasant space where you can work even when it's raining or snowing.
Sofa seating
It's perfect for a short break while sitting on a comfortable sofa.
Balcony
You can enjoy relaxing time reading, chatting, and more while feeling the breeze and warmth of the wood outdoors.

After reviewing your application details, we will provide you with information regarding payment and service commencement.
We will send it to you via email.

Visitor/Admission
Please come directly to the coworking space at the facility. Reservations are not required. Upon entry, you will need to enter the PIN code sent to you by email upon application into the door key, or you will be issued a smart key unique to members.

Start of use (check-in)
You complete the check-in process by scanning the QR code inside the coworking space with your smartphone.

Self-checkout
After use, you can check out by scanning the same QR code.

Please come to the coworking space at your reserved time. Upon entering, you can either enter the PIN code sent to you in the automatic confirmation email you received after making your reservation into the door key to unlock it, or speak to a staff member.

This plan not only allows you to use TORCH's coworking space at a discounted price, but also grants you access to an online community and preferential discounts on various services, making it a plan to create new ways to spend time and enjoy Nikko with your friends, going beyond just working.

MEETING USAGE
Regarding the use of meetings
You can use the coworking space, the wood deck, or even the tent sites for meetings if the camping area is not crowded (power is available at the tent sites).
• If using the coworking space: Please move to an available table to accommodate the number of people.
• If you are using the wood deck or tent site: We will provide you with tables and chairs for your use. Please let us know when you check in.
While conversations are permitted in the coworking space area, please be considerate of other users and keep your voice volume down. Also, please refrain from conducting web conferences with your speaker on; please use headphones or earphones instead.
For large group meetings, private events, or other special use requests, please feel free to contact us separately.
