While staff are generally available until around 8 PM when camping is in use, there may be exceptions.

Currently, there are no fixed closing days, but we will be closed during the New Year's holiday period (December 29th to January 3rd).

It is possible if you use a fire pit. If you are camping on a grassy site, we ask that you also lay down a fire pit mat. Rentals and firewood (500 yen per bundle (tax included)) are available for purchase.

Please note that pets are not allowed at the campsite.

Cancellation instructions are included in your reservation confirmation email; please check it and have the person who made the reservation make the cancellation.

Since vehicles are not allowed on the premises, overnight stays in vehicles are not permitted at sites other than the designated auto campsites. Please make a reservation for an auto campsite before using the facilities.

You may use the access road on the left side of the area for unloading only. Since there is only one road, we ask that you share it with other customers when it is busy. Once you have finished unloading, please move your vehicle to the parking lot.

Please refrain from using speakers to play music. This will disturb other campers.

You are welcome to set up multiple tents as long as you stay within the designated number of people. (Our policy is to allow a certain degree of freedom within the designated site area.) Please refrain from setting up tents beyond the designated area. Also, if you exceed the number of people, you will be required to reserve another site.

The private bath is available for ¥1,000 (tax included) per use. Guests are responsible for filling the bath with water themselves. The bath takes approximately 15 minutes to fill. If you wish to use the private bath, please pay the fee in cash or via PayPay at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a flat rate of 1,500 yen (tax included) per site, per use. Early check-in is from 9:00 AM, and late check-out is until 2:00 PM. After completing your reservation, please contact us separately via the inquiry form to let us know your request and arrival time. Payment can be made in cash or via PayPay upon check-in on the day of arrival.

The elevation is approximately 710m (at the administration building).

While it varies slightly from year to year, in the summer, daytime temperatures are around 30 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures are around 19 degrees Celsius.

Due to the limitations of our reservation system, you can only make reservations directly through our website up to 90 days in advance. However, we can accept reservations up to 2 years in advance if you contact us separately. If you wish to make a reservation for up to 2 years in advance, please apply using this application form . We will then send you an email with a link for credit card payment and other information.

We apologize, but such tools are not included. The cooking utensils provided are a craft grill, tongs, and chopsticks. Please bring any other utensils yourself.

Regarding the change of tent site, due to the specifications of the system we are using, we are unable to make any changes on our end.We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to complete the procedure yourself.The procedure is as follows: First, you will need to cancel your current reservation, and then make a new reservation.

Yes, even if you are not staying overnight, please use the site in accordance with its capacity. The same applies if the person who made the reservation is staying overnight and their companions are coming to play without staying overnight, or if it's a day camp.

Extension cords are not provided or available for rent; customers are responsible for providing their own.

Each site (excluding S1) can use up to 1500W of power from its power supply.
